About Me:

My name is Leah Forrest, and my story is all about finding balance while learning to appreciate both the stillness and the fire within. Learning to work with my body and giving myself grace through life's ebbs and flows.

Experiencing burnout and a nervous system stuck in overdrive left me feeling disconnected from my body — anxiety, constant sweats, and eventually physical reactions surfaced.

Through this I learned so much about my body.

I needed to rest, I needed to heal, and I needed to regulate.

I learned that supporting my body with the right food and nutrients along with lifestyle changes, I could help reclaim balance within my system. This is what truly showed me that there was so much more I didn't know and now I would love to share that with you and your personal journey. â€‹

During this time, I was pursuing my certificate in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching, but my experiences and everything I learned along the way became the spark that inspired me to further my education and earn my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition—to deepen my understanding of the body and how we can best support ourselves in achieving lasting health and longevity.
